With the fragrance of rice dumpling leaves in the air and the deep affection of midsummer, to promote China's excellent traditional culture, enrich employees' spiritual lives, and enhance their understanding and experience of traditional festival customs, Kente Catalysts organized the Dragon Boat Festival-themed activity "Mugwort Conveys Love, Sachets Gather Luck" in the conference room on the 6th floor of the auxiliary building on the afternoon of May 30, 2025.

At the start of the event, the host to participating employees the traditional custom of wearing sachets during the Dragon Boat Festival, ing the historical origins, cultural significance, diverse effects, and knowledge of combining commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs for sachets. This was not only a transfer of knowledge but also a journey to rediscover traditional cultural roots.

Herbal Fragrance Fills the Air, Laughter Fills the Room

After learning about the customs and herb combination techniques, employees were eager to try. Everyone carefully selected sachet pouches and independently combined over ten types of natural fragrances with different effects according to their personal needs, such as mugwort leaves, lavender, cardamom, and mint. The event atmosphere was lively, with colleagues exchanging ideas and discussing the effect characteristics of different formulas. Soon, sachets filled with personal touches and various effects were completed, including "natural guardians" for repelling mosquitoes and insects, "sleeping fairies" for aiding sleep and calming nerves, "energy sources" for refreshing the mind, and "worry-dispelling pouches" for soothing the liver and relieving depression. Wafts of refreshing herbal fragrance filled the air, spreading the warmth of the festival and the aroma of traditional culture.

Going to the Frontline, Delivering Care

Touchingly, this festive warmth did not stop at the event venue. For frontline employees who could not attend the making session due to their duty, the company also delivered special care. The company's Executive Vice President, carrying festive blessings and exquisitely finished sachets, went into workshops and to workstations, personally handing these heartfelt handmade gifts to them. Sending sincere blessings to colleagues allowing those busy on the production frontline to truly feel the warmth of the festival and the company's care.

This "Sachet DIY" event not only allowed employees to personally experience the wisdom and fun of traditional Chinese medicine culture while selecting and combining herbs, relaxing their bodies and minds, but also, through each sachet containing health blessings, concretely conveyed the company's philosophy of caring for employee physical and mental health into everyone's hands.
